    Repeal of Regulations Requiring Disclosure of Political Contributions by Vendors Certification and Requiring Cover Page Colors
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of sections 6204.2 and 6209.4 of Title 9 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Election Law, sections 3-100, 3-102, 3-103, 3-104, 3-105 and 3-106
    Subject:
    Repeal of Regulations requiring disclosure of political contributions by vendors certification and requiring cover page colors.
    Purpose:
    To comply with Public Officers Law 73 which forbids asking vendors about political contributions and to conform with amendments.
