PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/15/11, the PSC adopted an order approving Fishers Island Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 2—Electricity, effective 10/1/11, to establish an annual reconciliation to its Purchased Power Adjustment.
