PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Addition of Part 312 to Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Executive Law, sections 102 and 200; Public Buildings Law, section 143(4)
Subject:
Outdoor Lighting Standards.
Purpose:
To provide lighting standards that will help state agencies comply with Public Buildings Law section 143.
