PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/15/16, the PSC adopted an order approving 910 Fifth Avenue Corporation's petition (910 Fifth Avenue) to submeter electricity at 910 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.
