PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/16/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Bayonne Energy Center, LLC, as a wholesale electric transmission provider, to be regulated under a lightened regulatory regime.

The Commission, on September 16, 2010, adopted an order approving the petition of Bayonne Energy Center, LLC, as a wholesale electric transmission provider, to be regulated under a lightened regulatory regime, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
