PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/16/10, the PSC adopted an order approving New York State Electric & Gas Corporation's rates, terms, conditions, and provisions of a Joint Proposal dated July 14, 2010.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Major electric rate filing.
Purpose:
To approve the rates, terms, conditions, and provisions of a Joint Proposal dated July 14, 2010.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 19, 2010, adopted an order approving New York State Electric & Gas Corporation's rates, terms, conditions, and provisions of a Joint Proposal dated July 14, 2010, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
