PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/17/15, the PSC adopted an order authorizing Hudson Valley Water Companies, Inc. (Hudson Valley Water) to increase its annual operating revenues by $33,815 or 21.8%, effective October 1, 2015.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1), (10)(a), (b), (e) and (f)
Subject:
Increase in annual operating revenue by Hudson Valley Water.
Purpose:
To authorize Hudson Valley Water to increase its annual operating revenue.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on September 17, 2015, adopted an order authorizing Hudson Valley Water Companies, Inc. (Hudson Valley Water) to increase its annual operating revenues by $33,815 or 21.8%, effective October 1, 2015, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
