PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 354.6 of Title 2 NYCRR.

Retirement and Social Security Law, sections 1 and 11
Subject:
Calculation of benefits for restored members.
Purpose:
To conform the existing regulation to certain time frames and benefit calculation options set forth in current law.
