    Issuance of Aggregate Long-Term Debt of Up to $300 Million
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition of National Grid Generation Inc. requesting authorization of the issuance of aggregate long-term debt of up to $300 million.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 69
    Subject:
    Issuance of aggregate long-term debt of up to $300 million.
    Purpose:
    To consider the authorization of aggregate long-term debt of up to $300 million.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition of National Grid Generation Inc. requesting authorization of the issuance of aggregate long-term debt of up to $300 million. The Commission may grant, deny or modify, in whole or in part, the petition and may grant related relief.
