PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/15/09, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modification, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s Demand Response Programs.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Demand Response Programs.
Purpose:
To approve with modifications the Demand Response Programs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 15, 2009, adopted an order approving, with modification, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (Company) Demand Response Programs (DR), and directed the Company to file compliance tariffs to implement the DR programs, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
