PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 100.2(ee) of Title 8 NYCRR.

To establish modified requirements for AIS during the 2010-2011 school year.
