PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/14/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. to allow the Mercury Instruments SIP-CB to be used as a gas meter recording collection and transmitting device in New York State.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Approving the Mercury Instruments SIP-CB to be used as a gas meter recording collection and transmitting device.
Purpose:
To approve the Mercury Instruments SIP-CB to be used as a gas meter recording collection and transmitting device in NYS.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 14, 2010, adopted an order approving the petition of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. to allow the Mercury Instruments SIP-CB to be used as a gas meter recording collection and transmitting device in New York State.
