    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, modify or deny, in whole or in part, the petition of The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a KeySpan Energy Delivery New York (Keyspan), requesting approval to transfer a parcel of property.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Whether Keyspan should be permitted to transfer a parcel of property located at 809-873 Neptune Ave., Brooklyn, NY.
    Purpose:
    To decide whether to approve Keyspan's request to transfer a parcel of property in 809-873 Neptune Ave., Brooklyn, NY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition from The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a KeySpan Energy Delivery New York (Keyspan), requesting approval to transfer a parcel of property owned by Keyspan and located at 809-873 Neptune Ave., Brooklyn, New York to Steel Arrow, LLC. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed.
