    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
    Subject:
    Jurisdictional Classification.
    Purpose:
    To classify positions in the non-competitive class.
    Text of proposed rule:
    Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Mental Hygiene under the subheading “Office for People with Developmental Disabilities,” by increasing the number of positions of Internal Investigator 1 (OPWDD) from 46 to 65.
