PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 100.45(c) of Title 7 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Correction Law, section 70
Subject:
Coxsackie Correctional Facility.
Purpose:
To remove as designated function as listed in the regulation, since the facility no longer provides that function.
