PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Appendix 1 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To delete positions from and classify subheadings and positions in the exempt class.
Text of final rule:
Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in Westchester County under the subheading “Department of Public Works,” by deleting therefrom the positions of First Deputy Commissioner of Public Works and Deputy Commissioner (Public Works); and, by adding thereto the subheading “Department of Public Works and Transportation,” and the position of First Deputy Commissioner of Public Works and Transportation; and, by adding thereto the subheading “Human Rights Commission,” and the position of Executive Director – Human Rights Commission.
*adding the subheading above in italics was previously omitted.

Nonsubstantive changes were made in Appendix 1.
