    Allowing KEDLI to Modify the Retail Access Program Under SC No. 8—Seller Service
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 10/23/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing KeySpan Gas East Corp's d/b/a Brooklyn Union of L.I's (KEDLI) filing to modify the retail access program under Service Classification (SC) No. 8 contained in PSC No. 1—Gas, to become effective.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Allowing KEDLI to modify the retail access program under SC No. 8—Seller Service.
    Purpose:
    To allow KEDLI to modify the retail access program under SC No. 8—Seller Service.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on October 23, 2014, adopted an order allowing KeySpan Gas East Corp. d/b/a Brooklyn Union of L.I.’s filing to modify the retail access program under Service Classification No. 8—Sales Service, contained in PSC No. 1—Gas, to become effective, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
