    Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
    Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. Interested parties may inquire if they appear on the Abandoned Property Listing by contacting the Office of Unclaimed Funds, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at:

    Department of Environmental Conservation Extension of Public Comment Period
    Pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) 23-1709(1) and ECL 3-0301(2)(a), (m), the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) hereby gives notice of the following:
    DEC has extended the public comment period for 30 days on proposed 6 NYCRR Part 570, which sets criteria for the construction and operation of new Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities under DEC permits. The proposed regulations would require permits for facilities that store LNG or convert it back to a gas.
    Written comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted by DEC until Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. The previous deadline for submission of comments had been November 4, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. All comments will be carefully considered as DEC proceeds with the rulemaking process. At the conclusion of the public comment period, DEC staff will review all comments received and may make changes to address comments as deemed appropriate.

    On July 15, 1997, New York State’s Medicaid demonstration program “The Partnership Plan” was approved by the Federal government under Section 1115 of the Social Security Act. This waiver has been extended and amended to reflect programmatic needs. Under the waiver, the State is required to seek Federal approval of any amendments.
    The Department is seeking to extend the authority to utilize 12-month continuous coverage past its current expiration date of March 31, 2014 until December 31, 2014. Continuous coverage allows enrollees eligible with MAGI based income determinations to stay in coverage for 12-months regardless of household or income changes.
