    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    The commission, on Oct. 17, 2007, adopted an order in Case 07-E-0488 approving the petition filed by Belkin, Burden, Wenig & Goldman, LLP on behalf of 219 E. 69th St. to submeter electricity at 219 E. 69th St., New York, NY.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To grant the petition of Belkin, Burden, Wenig & Goldman, LLP on behalf of 219 E. 69th St. to submeter electricity at 219 E. 69th St., New York, NY.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission approved a petition by Belkin, Burden, Wenig & Goldman, LLP on behalf of 219 East 69th Street to submeter electricity at 219 East 69th Street, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
