PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The commission, on Oct. 17, 2007, adopted an order in Case 07-E-0756 approving the petition filed by 90 William St. Development Group, LLC to submeter electricity at 90 William St., New York, NY.
