    To Increase the Performance Standard for the Small Commercial and Industrial Satisfaction Survey Index
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 10/18/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition to increase the performance standard for the small commercial and industrial satisfaction survey index to be effective on 1/1/12.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    To increase the performance standard for the small commercial and industrial satisfaction survey index.
    Purpose:
    To approve an increase of the performance standard for the small commercial and industrial satisfaction survey index.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on October 18, 2012 adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition to increase the performance standard for the small commercial and industrial satisfaction survey index to be effective on January 1, 2012, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
