PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 505.23 of Title 18 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Social Services Law, section 363-a(2)
Subject:
Certified Home Health Agency Program.
Purpose:
To repeal provisions of the Department's home health services regulations that are obsolete due to expired statutory authority.
