    Winter Bundled Sales Service Option
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering a proposed tariff filing by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to make various changes in its rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Gas Service, PSC No. 12—Gas.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    Winter Bundled Sales service option.
    Purpose:
    To revise the commodity price points and weightings for Winter Bundled Sales service.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a tariff filing by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) to revise the commodity price points and weightings for the Winter Bundled Service (WBS) option provided under Central Hudson's Retail Access Program. The proposed filing reflects changes to pipeline capacity that Central Hudson has under contract and utilizes for WBS. The proposed filing has an effective date of February 1, 2011.
