    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering the October 21, 2010 filing to submeter electricity at 510-580 Main Street, New York, New York, filed by North Town Roosevelt, LLC.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, art. 2, sections 51, 53 and 66
    Subject:
    Whether to approve electric submetering at 510-580 Main Street, New York, NY.
    Purpose:
    Whether to approve electric submetering at 510-580 Main Street, New York, NY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, submetering and the submetering plan, filed by North Town Roosevelt, LLC, on October 21, 2010. The Commission shall consider all related matters contained in the filing.
