PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 564.4 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Education Law, section 360(1)

Subject:

Traffic and parking regulations at the State University of New York College at Oneonta.

Purpose:

To amend existing regulations to add or modify locations of certain stop and yield signs, and address uninspected vehicles.
