A Notice of Proposed Rule Making, I.D. No. PSC-40-08-00012-P, pertaining to Petition for the Submetering of Electricity (08-E-1073SA1), published in the October 1, 2008 issue of the State Register contained the incorrect Substance of Proposed Rule. Following is the correct substance:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole of in part, the petition filed by East Coast 5 LLC, to submeter electricity at 46-30 Center Boulevard, in Long Island City, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc.
