PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of sections 446.0 through 446.17 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law, sections 3.09(8), 27.03(1); Navigation Law, section 19(1)
Subject:
Repeal of an outdated and duplicative rule that addresses the ticket and simplified information for violations.
Purpose:
To allow the uniform ticket/simplified information issued by NYSDMV to be used for Parks and Rec and Navigation Law violations.
