PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On October 15, 2008, the PSC adopted an order approving with modifications Verizon New York Inc's FiOS Remediation Plan.

Purpose:
To approve with modifications, Verizon New York Inc's FiOS Remediation Plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 15, 2008, adopted an order approving with modifications, Verizon New York Inc.’s FiOS Remediation Plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
