    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Hegeman Avenue Housing L.P. for waiver of the individual residential unit meter requirements at 39 Hegeman Ave., Brooklyn, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    To consider the request for waiver of the individual residential unit meter requirements and 16 NYCRR 96.1(a).
    Purpose:
    To consider the request for waiver of the individual residential unit meter requirements and 16 NYCRR 96.1(a).
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Hegeman Avenue Housing L.P. for a waiver of the individual residential unit meter requirements in Opinion 76-17 and waiver of the definition of “Assisted Living Facilities” in 16 NYCRR Section 96.(1)(a), for 39 Hegeman Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
