    Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a tariff filing by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison or the Company) to modify General Information Section IV.3(c) — Request for Aggregated Company Records, contained in P.S.C. No. 9, concerning buildings’ gas usage. The Company proposes that requests for information may now be made by the address served by the Company; the building identification number (BIN) assigned to the building by the New York City Department of Buildings, or the borough, tax block and tax lot (BBL) number assigned to the property by the New York City Department of Finance. Con Edison’s current charge of $102.50 per request per building is being revised to a single charge of $102.50 per request for information, independent of the number of addresses or buildings associated with the BIN or BBL number.
