PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/15/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of United Water New York Inc. to issue and sell up to $30 million of long-term debt through July 31, 2010.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 89-b(1), 89-c and 89-f
Subject:
The long-term debt issuance of up to $30 million in promissory notes.
Purpose:
To approve the long-term debt issuance of up to $30 million in promissory notes.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 15, 2009, adopted an order approving the petition of United Water New York Inc. to issue and sell up to $30 million of long-term debt through July 31, 2010, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
