PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/15/09, the PSC adopted the terms of a Joint Proposal, with one minor clarification, regarding New York Water Service Corporation's accounting treatment of carrying charges on pension internal reserves.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 89-c
Subject:
Accounting treatment of pension internal reserve account.
Purpose:
To approve the accounting treatment of pension internal reserve account.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 15, 2009, adopted the terms of a Joint Proposal regarding New York Water Service Corporation's accounting treatment of carrying charges on pension internal reserves, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
