PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/15/09, the PSC adopted the terms and conditions of a joint proposal and implemented a three-year rate plan for Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Major gas rate filing.
Purpose:
To adopt the terms of a joint proposal for a three-year rate plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 15, 2009, adopted the terms and conditions of a joint proposal and implemented a three-year rate plan for Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
