PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/15/09, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's (Company) request to continue the Company's Conservation Incentive Program for a third program year, December 2009 through November 2010.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
Continuation of the Company's Conservation Incentive Program for a third program year.
Purpose:
To approve the Company's Conservation Incentive Program for a third program year.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 15, 2009, adopted an order approving, with modifications, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation’s (Company) request to continue the Company’s Conservation Incentive Program for a third program year, December 2009 through November 2010, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
