PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of Subpart 72-1 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Health Law, sections 3551 and 3554

Subject:

Tanning Facilities.

Purpose:

To further clarify the authority of local jurisdictions to enact and enforce local regulations governing tanning facilities.
