PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/18/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Bluestone Gas Corporation of New York, Inc. for lightened ratemaking regulation of it as a gas corporation.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1) and 66(1)
Subject:
Approving lightened ratemaking regulation.
Purpose:
To approve lightened ratemaking regulation as a gas corporation.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 18, 2012 adopted an order approving the petition of Bluestone Gas Corporation of New York, Inc. for lightened ratemaking regulation of it as a gas corporation under the Public Service Law, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
