To Issue Up to $10,870,000 of Long-Term Debt by December 31, 2013
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/18/12, the PSC adopted an order authorizing New York Water Service Corporation d/b/a New York American Water Company to issue up to $10,870,000 of long-term debt by December 31, 2013.

To issue up to $10,870,000 of long-term debt by December 31, 2013.
Purpose:
To approve the issuance of up to $10,870,000 of long-term debt by December 31, 2013.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 18, 2012 adopted an order authorizing New York Water Service Corporation d/b/a New York American Water Company to issue up to $10,870,000 of long-term debt by December 31, 2013, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
