PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/18/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the recommendations of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation and Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation's report for modifications to the terms of their Gas Supply Collaborative.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65(1), (2), (3), 66(1), (2), (3), (5), (8), (9), (10) and (12)
Subject:
Approve the report for modifications of the terms of a Gas Supply Collaborative.
Purpose:
To approve the report for modifications of the terms of a Gas Supply Collaborative.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 18, 2012 adopted an order approving the recommendations of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation and Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation's report for modifications to the terms of their Gas Supply Collaborative and directed the Companies to file tariff revisions effectuating the recommendations contained in the order, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
