PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On November 12, 2008, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Quadlogic Controls Corporation, to submeter electricity at 15 Park Row, New York, New York.

The Commission, on November 12, 2008, adopted an order approving a petition by Quadlogic Controls Corporation, to submeter electricity at 15 Park Row, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
