PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/14/13, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Soundview Management Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 50 and 80 Guion Place, New Rochelle, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
