PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 68.3, 68.4, 73.1 and 417.2 of Title 20 NYCRR.

Subject:
Mailing of certain excise tax documents.
Purpose:
To eliminate references to the mailing of certain excise tax documents by the Department.
