PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 2391.3(a) of Title 20 NYCRR.

Subject:
Service of process on the department.
Purpose:
Elimination of the option to personally serve the department with process at its district offices.
