    Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program Rates
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of Part 591 of Title 14 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09(b) and 31.04(a)
    Subject:
    Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) rates.
    Purpose:
    To increase the Medicaid reimbursement rates associated with CPEP.

    in the notice of proposed rule making, I.D. No. OMH-36-07-00001-P, Issue of September 5, 2007.
