PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/17/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Westbeth Corp. HDFC, Inc. to submeter electricity at 463 West Street, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.

Purpose:
