PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 4116.10 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law, sections 101(1) and 301(1)
Subject:
Inspection of harness racing sulkies.
Purpose:
This rule require that sulkies involved in an accident during a race are removed from service and inspected by the manufacturer.
