PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/19/15, the PSC adopted an order approving Instrument Transformer Equipment Corporation's (ITEC) petition to use various current and voltage transformers for substation applications in New York State.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Use of various current and voltage transformers.
Purpose:
To approve ITEC's petition to use various current and voltage transformers.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 19, 2015, adopted an order approving Instrument Transformer Equipment Corporation’s (ITEC) petition to use the ITEC DDC-938, CTO, CVTO, SVTO and VTO transformers for substation applications in New York State, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
