PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering the Notice of Intent filed by 31 Lincoln Road Development LLC, to submeter electricity at 31-33 Lincoln Road and 510 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Notice of Intent to submeter electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request to submeter electricity at 31-33 Lincoln Road and 510 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
On October 8, 2015, 31 Lincoln Road Development LLC submitted a Notice of Intent to Submeter Electricity at 31-33 Lincoln Road, Brooklyn, New York and 510 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
