PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Addition of section 176.26 and amendment of section 177.18 of Title 19 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Real Property Law, section 442-k
Subject:
30 hour supplemental course for real estate brokers and salespeople.
Purpose:
To amend current regulations to conform with recent statutory amendments to Article 12-A of the Real Property Law.
