PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 11/27/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of 92 Equities LLC to submeter electricity at 201 West 92nd and 200 West 93rd Streets, New York, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
