PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To classify positions in the non-competitive class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Labor under the subheading “Workers’ Compensation Board,” by increasing the number of positions of øWorkers’ Compensation Fraud Investigator 1 from 6 to 8.
